Investors

Build alongside the builders.

Stallion partners with a small group of accredited investors on select residential projects in Ontario. Investor loans are secured against real property, our partners' own capital goes in first, and the team that raises the money is the team that builds the homes.

Terms are shared privately with eligible investors.

How a project is built matters more than how it's financed.

We think good returns come from careful building, not heavy borrowing. So we keep leverage modest and put our own money in ahead of anyone else's.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of investment is this?

A private loan to a specific Stallion project, secured by a registered mortgage on the property. Investors earn a fixed rate over a set term. Details are in each project's offering documents.

Is my return guaranteed?

No. Real estate investing carries risk, including the possible loss of capital.

What's the minimum investment?

It varies by project. We'll share it on your first call.

How often will I hear from you?

Every month, with construction progress, budget tracking and milestones.

Can I get my money out early?

Private real estate loans are illiquid. Plan to hold until the end of the term.

Real estate investments involve substantial risk, including loss of capital, illiquidity, construction delays, cost overruns and market changes. Past results don't guarantee future performance.
