Chicopee Heights is a community of 6+ detached family homes on a 3-acre site in Kitchener's Chicopee neighbourhood, close to Chicopee Ski & Summer Resort. The 165-acre resort is a year-round playground, with skiing, snowboarding and a tube park in winter, and mountain biking, disc golf and ropes courses in summer. Release is expected in Q4 2028.
